This set belongs to the Upper World and it is said to connect us to the spiritual zone.

In this Exercise, the sequence will be in a standing position. You can take this exercise everywhere you are comfortable.

What you’ll need:

1. To stay comfortable you can bring any of the following:
- Blankets (Wrap/Put on your knees)
- Knee Pads/Kneeling Pads
- Pillow
- Any Soft Soft Surface that can support your knees and elbows.
2. Your best version of yourself!
