This set belongs to the Lower World and this exercise is linked to our health, our ancestors, and their wisdom.
In this Exercise, both knees and elbows are touching the ground. You can take this exercise everywhere you are comfortable.
What you’ll need:
1. To stay comfortable you can bring any of the following:
- Blankets (Wrap/Put on your knees)
- Knee Pads/Kneeling Pads
- Pillow
- Any Soft Soft Surface that can support your knees and elbows.
2. Your best version of yourself!
